The City of Palm Coast's QR Code Project at Waterfront Park. This phase of the project installed nine QR Code scanning stations featuring topics on the history of the ICW; the park's Flight of Life sculptures; reTHINK Your Commute; Native Plants; Gopher Tortoises in the park; Children's Memorial Garden; Audubon Birding; Manatees and Monofilament Fishing Line recycling.

The first phase of the QR Code Project was completed in 2012, and positioned eight QR code scanning stations along the trails of Graham Swamp in Palm Coast.
