Common sense prevails when logical consequences are considered. If you go to a racist church that sells bigoted and racist material in it's book store, surround yourself with racists/bigots -- and you happen to be Democrat -- no worries. If you are a Republican... and have no affiliation whatsoever with racism/racists... you are a racist.
