Did you know the Street Fighter Sagat is based off a real life phenom named Sagat Petchyindee?

Here's something perhaps even more crazy - Sagat had a huge influence in MMA. Tristar Gym/coach Zahabi​ studied under Sagat personally, for months at a time when only few foreigners were accepted.
