At the Munich GameJam, February 2014, the "other" team came up with the idea of a 2D racing game set in space, with Newtonian physics (think Asteroids; thrusters and rotation; no gravity, no friction). They used the programming language "Lua" and the 2D game framework "löve" (love2d.org) as a basis.
I improved the AI a little bit for them. Of course the AI (and the game overall; it's not really a game right now because there's no game over and no scoring) can still be improved considerably, but here I show the current status.
