I'm using a C6 or Am7 tuning (CEGACE low to high). It's a strange tuning I've never encountered in fingerstyle music but mostly in Hawaiian and country music (non pedal steel). I'm trying to learn a difficult Hawaiian tune (by steel guitarist Barney Isaacs) in this tuning and started to fool around as practising the same tune over and over gets you bored...so I finally came up with this song.
You'll have to restring for this tuning as G, E and C for your normal 4th, 5th and 6th string is way too much tension; I use a 012, 017, 020 (unwound), 022, 032, 042
