The natural and idyllic setting of Highland Springs Resort makes it an ideal location for summer camps. Located at the base of the San Gorgonio mountain, the 2400-acre property has miles of hiking trails, and a certified organic farm complete with farm animals and one of Southern California's largest organic lavender fields.

Highland Springs Resort has a long tradition of running camp programs. Our historical archives contains a brochure in which a health-oriented camp was held for girls exclusively (including a quote from Albert Einstein saying, "My visits to California also included a stay at Highland Springs Ranch.").

Farm camp is open to students aged 7-13.

Amidst the current issues related to unhealthy foods and the lack of exercise surrounding kids, our program focuses on teaching kids the importance of eating and living healthy lives. The fun filled activities focus on how organic food is grown, and harvesting the food from our farm to use in a cooking class for kids sponsored by our acclaimed 'The Grand Oak
Steakhouse & Bar'.

Of course, camp isn't camp without camp activities. Campers will take part in archery, canoeing and a heart-pounding climb towards the top of a 45-foot Alpine Tower. Highland Springs Resort runs a science camp program for children throughout the school year. The best of our trained science camp instructors are onboard to create a memorable experience for our day campers.
