On Tuesday, March 13, 2012 The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space focused on all things food when the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) presented a live event and webcast about food policy.
The panel begins with introductory remarks by Manhattan Borough President, Scott Stringer and features Kim Kessler, Food Policy Coordinator in the NYC Mayor's Office; Michael Anthony, Executive Chef at Gramercy Tavern; and Marcel Van Ooyen, Executive Director of GrowNYC. Author Peter Kaminsky moderated the distinguished panel. Karin Endy, a member of the IACP Board of Directors and Chair of its foundation, The Culinary Trust, shared IACP's and The Culinary Trust's involvement in critical food policy issues from school lunches to farmers markets.
