The prolonged electoral process is negatively impacting the country’s economic growth. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants, ICPAK, has raised the alarm over the political standoff between NASA and Jubilee presidential candidates, calling upon them to hold talks in order to unite the country. The institute’s vice chairperson Rose Mwaura says the economy may grind to a halt as investors increasingly embrace a wait and see approach.
