The final set of the final workout of the "Rite of Passage" from Pavel's "Enter The Kettlebell." 24 kg, clean and press left for 5 reps, the same right, then 5 chinups with 16 kg on a dipping belt. These represent press reps 141 - 150 and pullup/chinup reps 71 - 75 in this workout, which lasted about an hour.
