This is the one of the best workouts to tighten up your arms ladies. And Guys too I guess. It works your triceps and will really tone your arms.

Ladies be sure to use light weight with high repetition. That way you won't get bulky.
Guys should use heavier weight and do sets of about 8-15 reps
