I've opened thousands of these switches to harvest/swap the stems/springs and this is by far the fastest way to open them individually, or en masse.

I found the tweezers at a local electronics store for around $3.\

DO NOT attempt this with switches with LEDs. you need to desolder the 2 LED pins from the back of the board before you can do this on those switches.
