http://www.benbruno.com/. This is an awesome exercise that smokes the entire back side of the body from calves to neck. I really like them because they work the posterior chain without stressing the lower back. Adding a weight vest increases the difficulty for the back, while draping chains over your waist inreases the difficulty for the glutes. These are very difficult so make sure you've mastered the bilateral version first.
