Mugen: Rajaa's Warachia (Me) VS Vega/Bison II (AI)

I'm fighting Vega II again? Kind of. But this version is made by a different person.

Oh man is this guy really REALLY tough...

Now, don't let the fact his AI has a very slow start fool you. Once he starts attacking, he's relentless. He has very good parrying, and punishing the hell out of your moves.

His moves have a LOT of block stun, enough to put you in an almost block stun infinite.

It took a lot of retries to beat him... Also, pardon some mess ups I do here. Also, I was mean, I took advantage of the slow AI start by power charging to level 3... Anyway, I hope you all enjoy.
