Great way to use up boiled rice is to turn it into Chinese Congee (savoury porridge). You can play around with what to add - seafood, meat etc. etc. - the possibilities are endless. No, I don't actually believe century eggs are a hundred years old, and yes, that's Baby Noah's legs kicking around in his stroller on the left of the screen.
