My review of the Medifast diet at the end of Week 8. Did not ride my bike every day to work. I did ride to work 4 days, and rode uphill home three of those. Went off plan for 2 L&Gs and ate a 1/4 cup pasta salad. Exercised A LOT and weight loss STALLED. Next week will be a big WHOOSH!! right!?!
