A case of many developers feeding a few testers, causing a testing backlog of half a year, many angry customers waiting too long for solutions to their problems. One senior and one junior tester faced this huge backlog and didn’t know where to start. We’ll see how empowerment of the testers, appropriate planning, and developers involvement allowed the testers to catch up in 9 weeks, making the customers happy one by one and ever since. Abandoning customers returned, and sales grew enormously.
