TNGA House Rep. Matthew Hill (R-7, Jonesborough and Director of Right Way Marketing LLC) and his brother Timothy Hill (Manager of Right Way Marketing LLC and a 2010 Republican primary candidate for the TNGA 3rd House DIstrict seat) have shut down the RWM call center formerly in Johnson City, Tennessee (Washington County) and relocated the RWM call center to Kingsport (Sullivan County) during the 2010 Tennessee primary election period.

The Hill Brothers received Sullivan County taxpayer assistance in way of a "$10,000 forgivable loan" to relocate Right Way Marketing in Sullivan County, courtesy of Sullivan County NETWORKS PARTERNSHIP CEO Richard Venable (himself a former Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives from Sulllivan County) and Sullivan County Mayor Steve Godsey (also a former Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives from Sulllivan County).

The Sullivan County NETWORKS "...loan will be forgiven" if the Hill's RIght Way Marketing call center reaches an unspecified and "...planned number of hires in a specified time." The WJHL news report did not indicate how many other Sullivan County businesses received similar "forgivable loans: from either the Sullivan County NETWORKS or the Sullivan County Commission.
