Pushing Stretch through the ground in GTA III (PS2 only)

Allows to transfer Stretch obtained in missions 'Salvatore's Called A Meeting' or 'Chaperone' to Staunton and Shoreside. Regular pushing method doesn't work on PS2.

Also features collision glitch (occurs both on PC and PS2). If game spawns a car that fell to Blue Hell too close to Staunton exit of Porter Tunnel, while Portland's collision is in memory, it doesn't load Staunton collision, even if player attempts to exit the tunnel.
