Mugen #25: Ryu(Me) Vs Shishimaru

A request. This guy was really cheap, It took me a while to beat him. One thing I was trying to do was Ex/super hadoukens when he does his projectile move. He only seems to do this when you are far away. I was also parrying that to get my meter up. Oh and happy X-mas!
