Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ½ cups Quaker Oats
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter (softened in microwave for 30 seconds), granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in large mixer bowl until creamy with hand mixer. Add eggs and mix well with hand mixer. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
