This video will show you our proven method to prevent pigeons from ever nesting inside of the eaves again. We will also look at the application of bird spikes in an area screening would not be practical. This house previously had 3 other pigeon control companies unsuccessfully attempt to prevent pigeons from nesting inside of the eaves. The materials used were sub par quality bird spikes, plastic mesh, and chicken wire.

Our first step is to disinfect the affected areas. This helps to make the sight safe for workers and homeowners. Pigeons and their droppings carry a multitude of diseases some of which live inside of their feces.

We then remove the nesting materials typically made up of twigs, feathers, broken eggs, feces, and at times dead pigeons.
Mites, fleas, carpet beetles, and numerous other insects can live inside of the pigeon nests. If the nest isnt removed these bugs can live and feed off the nutrient rich nest.
In some cases carpet beetles and bird mites have abandoned the nest and invaded customers homes.

Pressure washing is an essential step in the process because pigeon dropping are highly acidic and can damage the roofing underlayment if left untreated.

The final step is to apply a galvanized steel wire screen. Screens are painted to match the color of the house, making them aesthetically pleasing. We guarantee pigeons will never nest inside of our screens for the lifetime of the building.

Im Mike Gardner owner of Pigeons Be Gone. I look forward to working with you.
