On this episode of “Real Stupid Laws” the annual fancy boy brunch party is interrupted with a little education from General Missile, the savior of laws, rules, and everything government. You see, one of the boys has unknowingly broken a Los Angeles County Law about wearing oversized suits --- Zoot Suits. In 1943, these suit were extremely popular among hispanic youth in Los Angeles, California, but eventually led to racial tension and a large scale race war known as the Zoot Suit Riots. California eventually passed a law banning Zoot Suits, resulting in one of history’s most confusing laws. But the Fancy Boys won’t stand for this clothing injustice lying down, and you won’t want to miss what happens next.
