We found these Stripe-throated Hermits in Las Cruces Biological Station, just as you enter the Java Trail. A male hermit dances in the air in a courtship ritual, female observes male from a lower branch (this happened for more than 20 minutes while we were there, it was already happening when we arrived so we ignored the total time). Conditions to obatin footage were difficult, a lot of understory, however I managed to capture some video handhelding a little nikon coolpix through my sopotting scope. I hope you enjoy it and learn from this video! All the best, Noel Ureña
