Cat vs Tin Foil (Aluminium foil)

Lately one of our cats has been causing mischief. We've been trying to
find out which one it was. One of our cats, Jack (who is one of two
possible suspects), jumped up on the counter only to be positively
spooked by the tinfoil that was laid down to deter the cats
