Ingredients: whole coriander 1ts full, dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) 1ts full, ¾ ts whole black pepper, 6-8 dried red chillies (if you have crushed chillies then 1ts is enough); 1 medium sz nutmeg, 3-4 cloves, 3-4 green cardamoms; ½ ts turmeric, 1ts full cumin seeds, ¾ ts salt; 3 fish fillets of basa.
