So we built a test transmission. Some modifications had to be made from the cad but so far all testing so far seems to indicate that things will work as expected. The only real unknown is durability.

You can see in the video the two 20t cluster is spreading apart. We will address this issue. There seems to be absolutely no indicator of any type of wear. The only markings are from the retaining clip and other than putting a grove in the teeth this is of no real concern.
