Attacks
1) Pellet shots (Shoots multiple pellets, 3 to be exact.)
2) Spin Wheels (Shoots 2 Wheels which are thrown into the air and move forward once hitting the ground.)
3) X-Buster Charged Spin Wheel (The charged version of Wheel Gator's weapon once obtained by X)
4) Drill (A drill attack done in the air, if collided with the wall Wheel Gator will continue to drill the wall for a few moments before falling down.)
5) Crouching Spin Wheels (4 Wheels are flung into the air and explode upon impact on the ground)
6) Air Leap (Wheel Gator jumps straight upwards to attack the opponent)
7) Dash (A slow-moving shoulder rush attack)
The main change in this character is that he doesn't have the stealthy hiding nature as he did in the original game. I could possibly make him disappear upon crouching (exclusively in his boss stage) but it doesn't seem like that big of a deal. I wanted to make him more versatile. If there was a way to implement the oil in his stage to every stage without it looking silly I would.
Otherwise I think he is just fine and dandy.
