Chris Penn is the Director of Strategy at What Counts, co-host of the popular "Marketing Over Coffee" podcast, and co-founder of PodCamp Boston. We caught up with him at PodCamp Boston 6 in September 2011 and asked him to share his best advice for using social media with attendees coming to the 3rd Annual "A-Ha!" NH Social Media Business Summit.
He quickly dove into the concept of "line of sight," and being able to trace social media activities to a concrete business goal, like generating revenue. But it doesn't have to be a straight line from Point A to Point B - it can be A to B to C to D, as he explains in this interview.
