Continuation of the cross examination of The Accused by the Prosecution.
The Accused explains according to the map those areas annexed to the Reich during the various stages of occupation.
- A publication is submitted by the Prosecution & marked exhibits T/1426 & T/1427 by the court.
- Discussion regarding the publication & its relevance.

- The continuation of the cross examination of The Accused by the Attorney General for the Prosecution. INCOMPLETE
- "The Reinhard Operation", the liquidation of the Jews of Poland by Heidrich and confiscation of their property in which The accused denies any part.
- T/1284, the minutes of a meeting regarding the Jews in the Government General area, at which Nowak as a representative from the office of the accused participated, the other participants and the timetables that were discussed.
