Wladyslaw Kozakiewicz was an athletics champion from Poland in the discipline of pole vaulting.

Kozakiewicz had taken part of the Montreal 1976 Olympic Games, finishing 11th in the ranking, with a 5.25 metres result.

During the Moscow 1980 Olympic Games, Kozakiewicz broke the world record by reaching 5.78 metres. With this result, Władysław Kozakiewicz won the Olympic gold medal.
