This was Intro B at our very first show together (home turf). In the week prior to the show I exposed my horse to everything I could think of..flowers, kids, squeaky swings, blowing flowers, the judge's tent and we were doing fine. The thought of exposing the horse to the sound of a chainsaw or someone throwing water out of buckets from 20 feet above ground never entered my mind. Right before we entered for Test B, the chainsaw started up and yep, water was getting tossed from the porch of that blue house that can be seen in the background. My horse was most definitely NOT amused. Can I get away with saying we, the horse and I, just decided to do an impromptu freestyle at the start of the test?
