First read this to understand what I am talking about

The hardest part of rebuilding your hub is finding your cone tension sweet spot. Here is proof that it can be done (After my 8th or 9th attempt I was not sure that it could be).

Tips to success
1- Hand tighten your cone to the point where it barley starts to tension (the first sign of no play in the axle).
2- Back the cone out 1/10 of a turn or less.
**3- Be sure when tightening the nut against the cone that the cone remains in the exact position it was.
4- You should be spot on or extremely close to your free roll and no play hub.
