We go hands on with the Huawei Ascend G600 Smartphone that was launched at IFA. It runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The Huawei Ascend G600 has a 4.5-inch LCD IPS HD screen with 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm CPU and 768MB RAM. The 1930mAh battery reportedly has more than 15 days of standby time.
The feels a little thick, but I like the glossy body. On the back, there are double speakers with DTS surround sound. Unfortunately, I did not get to test the quality in the loud surrounding.
The Ascend G600 also provides access to NFC with mobile payment technology, so users have the ability to purchase items from vendors who utilizes the technology.
The HUAWEI Ascend G600 will be available in black and white in selected markets from September 2012 for about 300 euros.
