Schwartz claims others are responsible for rancor in East Ramapo

Board member Schwartz is out of touch with reality. He is essentially alleging that all of the complaints from the parents and students are not based on any of the actions that he and his colleagues have taken, but rather were based only on prejudice on the part of the public.
