So what I’m I talking about? A program that actually works and I believe it can work for many more people. Okay guys so I know there are many people who are very skeptical but Fat Loss Factor is legit. TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT FAST

Note: Losing weight is all about calories.

1) Figure out how many calories (Food Proportions) you should be eating a day.

2) Meal timing: Eat 5-6 times a day small meals (about every 3-4hrs)

{Breakfast,Snack,Lunch,Snack,Dinner,Snack} Snack can be anything small really…yogurt or maybe a Fruit (non-starchy)

3) Nutrient amount: Eat carbohydrates and proteins at about the same level… lets say you eat 50% Proteins and 50% Carbohydrates then Fats should be about ONLY 20%. Teaspoon size.

Note: Small meal and Snack can mean the same thing. Also keep using the program, they'll be more meal plans in there. Its one of the best ways on how to lose weight in a week.
