TO THE PERSON/S CONCERNED: Dear Sir/Ma'am, I do not wish to earn commercially from this film in any way - it was just a homemade video - made for fun. I just made this video for our friends to enjoy, and I do not wish to hassle anyone who is involved or who has the rights to this song (Shake Yer Groove Thing) that is particularly played in the video. I just want to share this simple video to my friends, family and acquaintances, so that they could see me and my friends doing something funny. I've seen many other videos here in YouTube playing songs of other artists and whatnot, just for the fun of it, and this video has/contain that same spirit and intention as well. Thank you for your kind consideration. Best regards.

THE ELDERS Synopsis:

The Elders is a 55-minute independent feature film that tells about a story of these two unlikely heroes who roam aimlessly around the streets of Tarlac City, doing all their very best to whip some pure criminal meat, which, according to them - is cheerfully done - for the sake of the little children. As it seems to appear: if they cant do anything right about their respective jobs, theyd rather do something else like something heroic, perhaps- in order to compensate, and even help their fellow countrymen. Well, quite touching, isnt it?

Starred by Michael Xiao Chua (as the stiff and funny Elder Jared Ocado) and Paeng Ocampo (as the easygoing and karate-addict Elder Emilio Cacacdan), these two goofy Elders will do anything and everything, just to stop the very evil and drug-pushing Takaw-Timbre Gang, led by Chocollit Mousse (Christopher Nwoko) and the rest of his effeminate-named minions. Also in the movie stars Michelle Chua as the feisty policewoman Cynthia Mananquil, Joben Baluyut, Judge Baluyut, Ramon Palmaria, Ding Jerome Dungca and Mikiel Luzong as the Takaw-Timbre Boys, and other special appearances from Tarlac Citys very own urban residents.

Be entertained, be mesmerized, and be very boggled, as The Elders lead you to the path of fun, laughter and non-stop action! And take heed of this: Yes, this film may change your life... Really.

THE ELDERS brought to you by Mayo Cinema & Brown Pinoy Films in cooperation with Top Banana Productions and Im Shore! Films. Directed by Mayo Baluyut.
