In this video I am showing some methods for making good quality, accurate bag moulds without needing any real woodworking skills! These methods won't be for everyone, I'm well aware that lots of people could just make these by hand with no fuss but this video is more for people who need these and would struggle to do it all freehand. The method is also good for making lots of identical moulds if you wanted to do that without outsourcing the work.

You can buy the tools used on Amazon:

► Bosch router: http://amzn.to/2k0RtjU
► Dewalt jigsaw: http://amzn.to/2k19lv8
► Ear defenders: http://amzn.to/2i6J1iv
► Freud 1/2" round over bit: http://amzn.to/2i7x7Fk
► Freud top bearing flush trim bit: http://amzn.to/2jnxsQP
► Freud bottom bearing flush trim bit: http://amzn.to/2jnrYW6

You can get lots of router bits in different shapes so could could make moulds for all sorts of things not just simple bags like these.

For drawing on the computer if you don't want to use Illustrator which costs you can look at Inkscape or Sketchup both of which are free, I just use Illustrator because that's what I'm familiar with.

In the UK I use Razorlab for laser cutting (I have no affiliation with them), if you're elsewhere you can Google for a company in your own country.

As the warning says at the start DO NOT use a router etc. unless you know how to use one safely as you can really make a mess of yourself with them if you're not careful.
