Minimize your ground contact time while jumping over the hurdles and really explode once you've cleared the last hurdle and are on your way to the basket. If you don't have hurdles you can use books, blocks, or even jump explosively over tape.
Explosive Jumping Drills are designed to improve your Vertical Jump. Use these drills to develop explosive power. Use these drills twice per week and concentrate on executing perfect form and avoid training on tired legs as this can lead to overuse injuries.
