This is what has become of america! We NEED Ron Paul to make america AMERICA again!

On May 12th, A Rochester woman was arrested for taping a traffic stop in front of her 19th Ward Home. She was standing in front of her house with a hand held recording device when the arrest happened. Officer Mario Masic, Rochester Police Department, executed the illegal arrest.

Let's break this down from what is in the video and in the news reports... It starts with Emily Good filming a traffic stop in front of her house. The woman was standing in her own front yard filming, and in NY state it is LEAGLE to film th...e police. The cop initiated the conversation, according to the video and a number of wittnesses questiond by Good's lawyer. NOTHING was said by good to the cops to make them feel unsafe, again according to wittnesses. The cop was wrong about her not being able to film as it is LEAGLE in NY state to video cops in the public. So one, the cop don't know the laws and should NOT be a cop, or two, the cop does know the law and lied and should NOT be a cop. The cop also has NO RIGHT to tell Emily Good or ANYONE to go into their house. That sounds like it would be house arrest to me, and that also sounds like unlawful imprisonment. So after threatIng Emily Good a number of times with arrest, he finally puts the cuffs on her and kidnaps her. She (Emily Goodd) starts crying and says "I did nothing." At that point you hear from a wittness in the background of video state "I know, I am a wittness" The cop made and lied on the report. The cop stated he pulled over three people and they were gang members. From the video that is a lie and from the wittnesses that were questioned by Good's lawyer, that is a lie. So where is this cop ONE bit right? Where is this woman ONE bit wrong? And for anyone that wants to call the Rochester Police Department and tell them how you feel, here is the number... (585) 546-5110 or (585) 428-7033 Ask them what the law is on videoing! Ask them if their police officers are trained on the law! Ask them if their police officers took a oath to protect the constitution!

Rochester police Chief James Sheppard 585-428-7210

Rochester Mayor Thomas Richards 585-428-7045

This is by all means a kidnapping caught on tape!
