We often over-think what we need to be properly motivated to succeed or to be productive. It does not take some highly spiritual or actualized state of mind. It requires being in a focused state in body and mind. Here are two simple concepts to apply to your everyday life to get yourself to manifest what you want. The concepts revolve around two core principles:

I. Your body and your mind are inextricably linked, and you need to engage both at once to accomplish tasks.
II. You need a strategy through planning to succeed. Planning with efficient scoring will keep you on track while in an energized state to accomplish your goals.
