Filmed through a somewhat dirty aircraft window with a Canon 5D Mk2 from 38,000 feet, these clips document the amazing lightning display over northwestern Tennessee on the flight back to LAX. This storm was particularly active with nearly continuous lightning strikes, and even though the arcs stayed mostly inside the clouds, the light show was still pretty spectacular. A storm which hit just a few hours prior to this one caused power outages on the ground and shut down part of the BNA airport for several hours.
