This video is from the Pinellas County Sheriff Office (PCSO) Central Breath Testing and I discuss the problems with verifying excuses that FDLE/ATP Dept. Inspector Don Suereth used in order to retest a failing .20 Alcohol Reference Solution testing sequence. In my opinion his 'excuse' is pure speculation and Dept. Inspector Don Suereth does not know what really caused the testing failure. It is my opinion that Dept. Inspector Suereth used a bogus excuse when he stated that he changed the calibration import o-ring. After reviewing the repair records from enforcement Electronics it is my opinion that the cause of the .20 testing failure during his Dept. Inspection was the water spots found on the sample chamber and IR Source and not the O-Ring. Based on several bogus excuses offered by Dept. Inspector Suereth's during various inspection failures over the past three (3) years, I have serious doubts as to the truth and veracity of his testimony in any court proceeding. DUI undo Consultants, LLC., Stephen F. Daniels Up-Date: 10-21-2010 It looks like my investigation into the problems with FDLE/ATP and one of its Dept. Inspector's Don Suereth is finally is getting Mr. Suereth. Here is his email to a Dep. in Polk County where Mr. Suereth states the he is 'looking for another job' with Sheriff Grady Judge as a baillif. I am glad that you were able to transition over there. Where are you located? I am looking for another job as well. My program wants everyone to be based in Tallahassee. If you can find out if Grady needs a bailiff, please let me know. I still have my LEO certification.
