Choosing the right payment provider for your business can be a little overwhelming when you’re first starting out. This video walks you through what a payment provider is, the options available to you, and things to consider when choosing a provider. To access the payment providers in your Shopify admin, click “Settings”. From here, click “Payment providers” to see the options available to you.
What is a payment provider? A payment provider is a system used to process customer transactions for your eCommerce business. For example, if a customer buys a t-shirt from your store and uses a credit card at checkout, your payment provider is what captures the payment.
