These 1920s jazz tunes were recorded to cylinder or 78 RPM and have been remastered from the streaming collection of Publicdomain4u.com. We worked from digital files to reduce the original surface noise, highlighting the music with some equalization and compression. These sessions were originally recorded in mono on one microphone in one take and are essential listening from the early roots of jazz.
