This is the preview/trailer for "This Living Salish Sea", a feature documentary coming out this Fall, 2014
This is a documentary looking at the beauty of the Salish Sea, above and below the water.
It is also a look at why we must protect this natural world that supports us, and how communities and 1st Nations are joining forces to stop the corporate fossil fuel agenda in exporting massive quantities of Tar Sands diluted bitumen, thermal coal, and LNG from fracking, through the Salish Sea basin.
Both local and climate wide issues are raised, and at the end, there is contact information so that people can get involved to help make positive changes.
In the feature film, all these things will be explored in more depth, plus, how people are taking leadership in practical ways to implement alternatives in how they generate, conserve, and consume energy.
