Now the successful owner and chef of Trinity Groves restaurant Chino Chinatown, Uno Immanivong went on quite a journey before ending up a restaurateur. During her 16 years in banking she grew her hobby of cooking from teaching friends and neighbors out of her home, to landing a spot on ABC’s The Taste, to returning home with a restaurant concept and a relationship with a Trinity Groves investor.
