In part two of this week's series Famous European Squares, we visit Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Before the Second World War, it was the German capital's busiest intersection, but traffic ground to a halt during the Cold War when it was located along no-man's land dividing East and West. The square has sprung back to life since being rebuilt in the 1990s following reunification.
