How do you know where his levels are at moron? Besides I wasn't referring to Rich Franklin but to anyone who has low testosterone due to fighting, genetic defects relating to the pituitary gland, low testosterone due to aging and so on.

His levels are already normal, stupid. The commission has an inflated sense of what is construed as having "normal" levels, when they are allowing athletes to have up to a 6:1 T/E ratio when normal levels don't exceed 1:1. HUR DUR
