Originally a jingle recorded for Coca-Cola at the same time as "I'd like to teach the world to sing" by The New Seekers in early 70's . Lyn Paul saw the commercial on TV with this song in 1975( the link of the original commercial : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X14ryE...), so she asked Roger Greenaway ("I'd like to teach the world to sing" and "It oughta sell a million" were composed by Bill Backer, Billy Davis, Roger Cook, Roger Greenaway) to write additional lyrics for the song. Lyn Paul's version was released in 1975 as the first single of her one and only solo album "Give me love". The song reached No.37 of the Hit Parade in UK. This is the mono version of this song.
