VICTORIA - NDP leadership hopeful Adrian Dix brought his campaign to Vancouver Island today.

He wasn't taking aim at his new democrat rivals but at premier designate Christy Clark.

The issue: health care.

More specifically, Clark's plans to link health spending to BC's rate of economic growth.

It's a move, Dix says, that will see hundreds of millions of dollars slashed from the health budget.

But is that really true?
